About EFT

EFT is based on the ancient principles of acupuncture using a simple tapping procedure that gently realigns the body's energy system.  Simply stated, EFT is an emotional version of acupuncture without the needles.

EFT draws its power from (1) time-honored Eastern discoveries that have been around for over 5,000 years and (2) Albert Einstein, who told us back in the 1920's that everything (including our bodies) is composed of energy.  These ideas have been largely ignored by Western Healing Practices and that is why EFT often works where nothing else will.

Within the body, there are main "rivers" of energy called meridians.  For thousands of years, the chinese have had great success working on these meridians, usually through acupuncture.  These meridians, or rivers of energy, can sometimes become disrupted, usually by an energy blockage.  The cause of these disruptions is most often past physical accidents, illnesses, or negative mental or emotional experiences.

The physical changes we feel from these disruptions, such as nausea and anxiety, become attached to that experience and affect the way we see the world.....until we heal that disruption.    Properly applied, EFT quickly realigns these energy meridians thereby eliminating negative memories, disconnecting the physical discomfort that we attached to it, and quite often removing the resulting symptoms.

Is EFT a "Magic Wand?" - No.  Like any other healing modality, it requires that you embrace your own role in the healing process.  But when you combine your own effort and desire to heal with this powerful technique, you will realize staggering results.  The best part of EFT is that the process is easy to memorize and is portable so you can do it anywhere, anytime.  It has also proven very successful when used on animals.

Foundation of EFT

EFT was introduced in 1995 by Gary Craig, a Stanford Engineering graduate in lifelong pursuit of personal well-being.

"I have been intensely interested in personal improvement via psychology since my age 13.  That was when I recognized that the quality of my thoughts was mirrored in the quality of my life.  Since then I have been self taught in this field, seeking only those procedures that, in my opinion, produced results.  EFT is my latest finding, the core of which I learned from Dr. Roger Callahan.  I also have high regard for Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) in which I am a Certified Master Practitioner."
